Medals UK are pleased to have been commissioned to create the bespoke sports medal for the Twilight ‘Ride the Runway’ event organised by the Ports of Jersey.
‘Ride the Runway’ takes place in February and is a charity cycle ride along Jersey Airport’s 1,706 metre runway. The ride raises money for several local charities, including their nominated charity partners; Holiday for Heroes Jersey, Jersey Cancer Relief, Jersey Children’s Charity and Philip’s Footprints.
As a reward for taking part all participants receive refreshments, a glow-stick pack and one of Medals UK’s bespoke gold sports pendants measuring 38mm with a minted bright finish. The medal features the Jersey Airport logo and the event name. It serves as a perfect reminder of participation in an extraordinary charity event.
